SIDNEY, NE–Cabela’s Incorporated (NYSE:CAB) announces that Scott K. Williams has been appointed President, effective immediately. He will continue to report to Tommy Millner, the Company’s Chief Executive Officer.

Mr.

Williams, previously the Company’s Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer, will take on additional responsibility for U.S. retail operations and all operations in Canada.
